Our commitment

Every KTK piece is made to order with care. If there was a serious mistake with your order — a misprint, defect, or damage — we will make it right at no cost to you. You may choose a replacement or a full refund, returned to your original payment method.

What we cover

We accept claims for the following:

  • Misprinted, damaged, or defective items
  • Lost packages in transit

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Size, fit, or comfort issues
  • Change of mind
  • Product did not meet expectations
  • Allergic reactions

Items must be new, unused, unworn, and unwashed in their original condition to be eligible for any claim.

How to submit a claim

Email us at KettemTheKat@gmail.com with the following:

  • Clear photos of the defect or damage
  • Your order ID, full name, and date of purchase
  • A description of the issue
  • Your shipping label or tracking number

We will review your claim and get back to you as soon as possible. If approved, we will process your refund or send a replacement promptly.

Timeframes

  • Damaged, defective, or misprinted items — claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Lost packages — claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. A lost package is defined as a shipment showing no tracking movement for 15 or more consecutive days, or marked as delivered but not received. We will verify with the carrier before processing your claim.

Return shipping

If a return is required, we cover the return shipping cost. We will provide instructions by email after your claim is approved.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. We process refunds as quickly as possible once a claim is approved.

EU consumers

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, custom-made or personalized products are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal. As all KTK products are made to order, returns based on personal preference are not accepted.
