What is KettemTheKat? ↓
KettemTheKat is a boutique fashion label born from an act of kindness — the rescue of a street kitten named Lady, who brought Kettem into our lives and, in many ways, rescued us too. Every piece we make carries that story.
What makes your pieces different? ↓
Each design is exclusive to KTK — limited and story-driven, crafted from premium materials. Five percent of every purchase goes directly to rotating kat shelters around the world, so every piece you wear helps save kats all over the world.
How do I find my size? ↓
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for size or fit issues, so we strongly recommend consulting the size guide before placing your order.
Do you carry extended sizing? ↓
Yes — most styles are available up to 5XL. Availability varies by product.
The Order
How do I place an order? ↓
Browse the collection, select your size, and proceed to checkout. Orders are confirmed by email.
Can I modify or cancel my order? ↓
We begin production promptly after an order is placed. Modifications or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your piece is already being made for you and we are unable to modify, cancel, or issue a refund.
What payment methods do you accept? ↓
We currently accept PayPal. Additional payment options including major credit cards will be available soon.
Is my payment information secure? ↓
All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
The Delivery
Where do you ship? ↓
We ship to over 150 countries worldwide. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
How long does production and delivery take? ↓
Each piece is made to order. US delivery typically takes 3–10 business days. International delivery can take up to 3 weeks.
How do I track my order? ↓
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.
What is your return policy? ↓
We accept claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us with photos, your order details, and a description of the issue. If the fault is ours, we will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
How do I initiate a return or exchange? ↓
